The meeting of library committee was held in the library at 12.30pm on 31/10/2020 in the presence of vice principal sir .The Following committee members attended the meeting

The students members could not join the meeting due to connectivity problem.But they were informed about the report of meeting.
The following points were discussed in the meeting.
1.There was a discussion about that which types of facilities are being given to the students during covid 19 by the librarian.
The Librarian explained the different types of facilities being given to the students.
(a)Virtual Library has been created by the librarian.
(b)Library Blog has been developed by the librarian.
(c)Various types of Quizzes are being organised.
(d)Links of important books and magazines are being given to the students.
(e)Students are asked to write the book review
2 There was a centralised purchage of 229 books by the KVS head Qtr.
3.It is decided by the committee that more books should be purchased for the students other than centralised purchase.
4.The social distancing and use of sanitizer and masks should be done regularly.
5.In the end the Vice Principal Sir Sh .JP Dogra told about the uses of library, especially in the covid 19 period.He praised the work of librarian being done in the covid 19.He has given his suggestion to maintain social distancing and use of masks and hand sanitizer regularly.
